Payment
Payment should be made either by personal cheque, postal order or bankers draft.

All cheques must be made payable to Becoming Mum.

If payment is made by personal cheque, then the item(s) ordered will be despatched once payment has cleared.

Please ensure that you write your full name, postal address, cheque guarantee card number and expiry date on any cheques sent.

Becoming Mum only accept payment in the currency of £sterling.

Items will be reserved for 5 working days to allow for receipt of payment.

If payment is not received within this timescale, then the item(s) reserved will be placed back into stock.

Becoming Mum will despatch a receipt with all goods purchased.

Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchases.

As the majority of items offered for sale are nearly new, we have the described the items as best we can and with no intention to mislead.

We sell items on behalf of the Seller and cannot be held responsible for any variances in colour or sizing.

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and provided they are in the same condition as purchased then please return it within 14 days of receipt and Becoming Mum will send you a full refund or exchange less the postal costs, please let us know what you require.

If you wish to exchange an item and the new item costs less than the one returned we will refund you the difference. If the item is more expensive than the previous garment returned then an additional payment will be required. Upon receipt the new item will be despatched to you.

This applies to the cost of the garments only. This does not affect your statutory rights. Becoming Mum strongly advises a certificate of posting is obtained when returning any items as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost during transit. Refunds cannot be given for any additional postage charges paid at the time of ordering.

Please note that we cannot refund any postage, packaging and insurance for goods that are incurred due to items being returned or as part of the initial order as these are direct costs.

Please note that underwear, with the exception of nursing bras, is non-returnable unless faulty.

Delivery
For orders sent within the UK and Northern Ireland, Becoming Mum charge a delivery of £3.50 regardless of size of order.

For items outside the UK (including the Republic of Ireland) total delivery cost will be £10.00. This amount may require adjustment based on the destination and parcel weight but you will be notified accordingly prior to order confirmation.

All items are despatched within 5 days of payment clearance.

All items will be despatched by 2nd Class post, a surcharge of £1.00 will be made if you require the item to be delivered 1st Class.

Sizing
All sizes quoted are those stated on the manufacturer’s/designer’s label.

When purchasing maternity wear, manufacturer’s/designer’s advise buyers to quote their pre-pregnancy size and with this in mind we advise you do the same.
