Our reputation is dependent on the quality of the garments that
we receive from our clients. We ask that any garments that you are
considering for resale are in good condition, free of stains and
tears, fastenings are complete and in good order and that they are
clean and pressed so that becomingmum.com can market them immediately.
All items must have the original Manufacturer’s/Designers
labels intact.
We will consider items which have slight blemishes or wear but
this will be reflected in the selling price and stated in the description
that will appear on the website.
Items are inspected upon receipt in order to confirm that the description
matches the condition of the item. This is done to protect the Seller
and Becoming Mum against inadvertedley misleading any buyer with
the description. In order to help you describe your items as accurately
possible here are a list of the categories that becomingmum.com
grade any nearly maternity items into:
Brand New – the garment has never been worn and still has
original tags attached.
As New – never worn, without tags or only worn once, perhaps
for a special occasion.
Good Condition – the garment has been gently worn through
only one pregnancy, perhaps doesn’t have that ‘newness
sheen’ about it but is void of any tears, stains, all fastenings
are complete and there are no signs of wear to elbows, knees, collars
or cuffs.
Slightly Worn – These items will be showing signs of wear
or fading but will still have plenty of wear left in them and have
probably seen you through more than one pregnancy. These items will
be accepted but signs of wear will be stated in the description
and reflected in the price.
If you live in the Tyneside area then we will be happy to pick
the items up for you, just let us know when you call or email and
we will make the necessary arrangements. |
